We really want to spend special time with each of our children each week and give opportunity to listen, talk and deepen our relationship. In the past, that has meant walks, tea, or games, here in Chad, however, we can add other dimensions! We can go to the souk (market), walk to the nearest hardware store or pharmacy, or go pick up some credit for our phone. In Chad, like other countries, you basically buy a certain amount of credit to be used on your phone for texting, calling, or getting on the internet. Nearly every corner store sells scratch off cards with credit on it, or will transfer credit via their phone to yours. Well, Eliana and I were having our time together and decided to get some credit. We went to one of the local guys who was able to help us after some time. Here he is posing in front of his "store" which also happens to be the place to charge your phone...
