Pit Stop in Bitkine

On our way to N'Djamena we had a little problem with our wheel bearings that needed some repairs.  Thankfully we were traveling with a mechanic who fixed it enough to get us to the capitol the next day.  As it was getting late in the day and there was a guesthouse in Bitkine, a town nearby, we decided to stay the night.  The kids were excited - lots of animals and people to talk to!  Here is the scene in the morning...
