The Podiatrist is IN

Because we are still in "Language Learning" mode, James' medical practice is limited to neighbors and visitors that come to our house asking for medical advice or attention.  But after our neighbors realized that we weren't handing out pills, they only come by every now and then.  The other people that come regularly are the 'mohajarine', or the street boys.  Since about half of them own shoes, you can imagine that the most common maladies are foot injuries.  We had two foot injuries this week, one requiring stitches and one not.  Here, James is washing Mohammed's foot because half the battle is just keeping it clean.
