Persecution still happens in the USA

Sometimes we hear about people in far away places suffering because they have chosen to take a stand for the Lord.  It is much more rare to hear about it happening in the USA, but amazingly it does.  It may not look the same, but speaking the truth in any culture is sure to put you at odds with someone.  Today we read a story about a godly man that we know who has been mistreated, slandered, and falsely accused all because he lived the truth and spoke about his beliefs.  It is sad to see our society cry out for 'tolerance', and yet be intolerant to anyone with a differing view than their own.  The exciting thing about this story is that in the end, when the court case was finished, the truth spoke for itself and it was quite obvious who was at fault.  Read the whole story here.
