5 Tips for Taking Cold Showers
It's finally cold season here in North Africa, Praise God!!! And despite the fact that we have been waiting all year to get cold again, it has it's drawbacks too. One of them being the need to bathe. For the kids I have started to heat water for a bath, but it seems like such a waste, and with our new shower, I figure it's better to just endure the cold. So, here are 5 tips I have learned on taking cold showers.
#5. Only bathe if you really have to.
#4. Wash the smelliest parts first.
#3. If you are really flexible you can wash your hair without letting the cold water run down your back.
#2. Next time, try to carve out time in the middle of the day when the temperatures are still well above 90* to take your shower.
#1. Be thankful you are taking a cold shower and not a cold bucket bath.
