Good Friends

One of the joys of spending almost an entire year on home leave has been to watch our kids make some really great friends.  I grew up in a totally different environment than my children....I lived in one house my entire life and had one best friend that I never had to say goodbye to.  It is hard for me to understand how my children continue to let people into their lives knowing that they will have to leave, and yet God has put that joy in their hearts.  May they be blessed with thousands more friends than I ever had!!!
