Last Minute Costume Winner

Last night after dinner, the kids remembered that our neighbors had said that if we came by their house, they would have some candy for the kids.  So after a quick plead, and receiving permission, they quickly went to find some sort of costume to put on.  Usually this would not be a problem, as over the years our kids have really enjoyed playing 'dress up' and had acquired quite a few costume pieces.  Now however, we are down to only a couple of ballet outfits.  This meant that as the little girls went to go put them on, the big kids were left to their own creativity.  Eliana, who had a pair of knee high striped socks, decided she would be a candy cane.  But it was John Hardy who gets the prize for most creative costume.  He walked out of the kids room, donning the laundry hamper...dirty clothes and all.
